Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every case is made to order. Please allow 4–14 business days for production, plus shipping time. Estimated total delivery time to the United States is 8–24 business days. Your exact estimate is shown at checkout. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Mexico 6–14 business days, Europe (EU/EEA/UK) 5–12, rest of the world 14–45. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking can take a few business days to show updates, especially for international shipments.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each case goes into production shortly after you order, contact us at loomycase@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before production starts.

Returns & Issues

My case arrived damaged or I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Email us at loomycase@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund as appropriate, per our Refund Policy. Note that minor color variations from screen calibration and slight print placement shifts are normal in made-to-order printing and aren't considered defects.

Can I return my case if I change my mind or ordered the wrong model?

Because each case is printed to order for your specific phone model and design, we generally can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect model selection. Customers in the EU, EEA, and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard catalog designs (return shipping at your cost). Full details in our Refund Policy.

My package seems lost in transit.

Contact us within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date in your tracking. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a free reshipment or refund as appropriate.

I entered the wrong shipping address.

Contact us right away. If the package hasn't entered production or shipped, we'll update it. If it's returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll review the case and arrange reshipment where possible (additional shipping may apply), per our Refund Policy.

What are the cases made of?

Our Tough Cases use dual-layer protection: a shock-absorbing TPU inner layer and a hard polycarbonate outer shell, with precise port openings. Available in matte or glossy finish.

Will the print fade over time?

Designs are printed with durable inks made for daily wear. To keep them looking their best, avoid harsh solvents and prolonged direct sunlight; clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
